5 out of 5 stars Great show   May 16, 2008
This is a great show. I remember when i younger, watching this on the Disney Channel In the usa. In this series Neri searches for more clues about where you came from .Then she discovers she has a sister called Mera. If you loved the first season . I recommend you buy the second season. This a great show that is finally on dvd for us to enjoy.

5 out of 5 stars Some changes from Season One but still good TV   April 17, 2007
I liked Season One of Ocean Girl so when I found #2 available at an Australian DVD site I ordered my copy (wasn't listed at Amazon then). On viewing the DVD I found that there were several cast changes and a few story tweaks (Neri's ship is buried at a different location on the island and isn't a total wreck)but in general the stories are just as good as first season. I noticed The Disney Channel listed in the show credits for this season (they did the U.S. broadcast)and there was the appearance of quite a bit more money being spent on production.

The image transfer is very good, the sound is good, still no subtitling or captioning and no extras this time around. Amazon's description says the DVD is NTSC format- it's actually PAL format.

If you liked the series and have season one you'll want this one too- it's worth owning. Remember to shop around for prices too.
